Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 November 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Divinely mobile application and related services (“Divinely”, “the Service”). By downloading or using Divinely, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Divinely is a Christian wellness app offering Scripture reading, a daily journey, prayer tools, optional Home Screen widgets, and an AI spiritual companion. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Divinely. If you use Divinely on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

3. Divinely Pro subscription

Access to Divinely after onboarding requires an active Divinely Pro auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policies.

4. AI companion disclaimer

Divinely’s chat feature uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. It is not a pastor, therapist, doctor, or crisis service. Content may be incomplete or incorrect. For emergencies or mental-health crises, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional. Do not rely on Divinely as the sole source of medical, legal, or theological advice.

5. Scripture and content

Bible text may be provided through third-party sources and translations. Rights in those texts belong to their respective copyright holders. Divinely original content (design, copy we create, and software) is owned by us or our licensors.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create (for example journal entries). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate Divinely for you (including generating AI replies when you use chat).

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using Divinely, you also acknowledge that Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Divinely is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divinely and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for Divinely Pro in the 12 months before the claim (or, if greater, the minimum amount required by applicable law).

11. Termination

You may stop using Divinely at any time and cancel your subscription through Apple. We may suspend or stop providing the Service if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the product.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
